Print on any surface with TIGITAL® Inks: however individual your requirements, we can find a perfect solution. With the right combination of primer, inks, varnish and topcoat, our products can be printed on even the trickiest surfaces.
Our TIGITAL® Inks primers and inks can be applied to your surface using either analog or digital processes. After printing, you can optionally seal your application with a topcoat and/or varnish for maximum protection against external influences.
Our topcoats are applied on top of the ink layer using analog processes. These refining and sealing layers have several benefits: they not only improve the chemical resistance and mechanical stability of the surface but also protect it from external influences.
Our portfolio includes varnishes that can be printed directly on the ink to seal and protect your surface.
TIGITAL® Inks specializes in high-performance inks. Their durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, or UV radiation are the best in the industry and our inks are ideal for complex industrial printing applications both indoors and outdoors.
We produce UV curing primers, inks and topcoats as well as water-based primers and inks for printer manufacturers and system integrators that provide industrial printing solutions. Our close cooperation with our partners allows us to meet the special technical requirements of our industrial clients (Chematronix® solutions).
To ensure the best adhesion characteristics on tricky materials and guarantee excellent printing results, TIGITAL® Inks offers the unique option of applying a primer to your application as a base layer.
Like our digital inks, primers can be either simply jetted onto your application or applied using analog technology.
