April 23, 2021 - [Guelph, ON] TIGER Drylac introduces an industry first communication platform. TIGER’s Commercial Messaging System brings an extra level of convenience by allowing customers to reach our Customer Experience or Inside Sales Representative directly via SMS Text Message.
Using SMS allows customers to avoid crowded email or voice mail boxes and interact directly with their Representative to check inventory, determine lead times, receive price quotes, place orders, or make technical inquires. Note that this new service does not replace any previous forms of communication, such as email or voice – it is an additional service.

In the Mexican market, SMS is less popular than WhatsApp, so TIGER Drylac has launched a WhatsApp version of TIGER SMS for the market in Mexico.
