TIGER Drylac® automotive powder coatings are the result of consistent and intensive development in coating-optimized surface finishes for parts and components used throughout the automotive industry. To meet the automotive industry's high demands for function and design, high-quality single-coat systems are available in virtually all colours and effects.
We know that the automotive market requires accuracy and precision on a global level. TIGER Drylac has production facilities and R&D centers in North America, Europe and China. This allows us to internationally transfer products and projects very efficiently. We have a robust list of approved powder coatings for General Motors, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota, Honda, VW, Audi, BMW and other OEMs. Our automotive product line covers functional parts, wheel rims, exterior trim and frames.
TIGER Drylac® Wheel Line
The primers in the TIGER Drylac® Wheel Line are an optimum coating system for aluminum wheels. They are fine-tuned for different application conditions to provide the best possible basis for subsequent coatings.
TIGER Drylac® Frame Line
UV-resistant polyester-based powder coatings are used predominately to coat interior components such as door frames and seat frames.
TIGER Drylac® Trim Line
Endurance-tested applications in climate zones with exceptional exposure to the sun's rays over an extended period of 5 years or more in southern Florida formed the basis for development of this line of powder coatings.
TIGER Drylac® Functional Line
Developed for extreme resistance to chemicals and corrosion (in the laboratory as well as in the field). This line provides outstanding resistance to aggressive agents, as is used for brake cables, engine blocks, steel springs and other under the hood components.
