How Does It Work?
Developed in collaboration with industry leaders, our inks, primers, and topcoats are certified for various print heads and can be applied to a multitude of surfaces, including flooring, facades, profiles, furniture, bottles, metal coil, labels, and corrugated board.
1. TIGITAL® Varnish: Applied digitally over the decor ink layer, this premium top-coat varnish provides superior protection against chemical exposure and mechanical wear. Designed to withstand outdoor elements and UV radiation, TIGITAL® Varnish ensures long-lasting color vibrancy and surface integrity, making it an ideal choice for architectural and decorative applications.
2. TIGITAL® Inks (Decoration): Specializing in exterior architectural high-performance inks, TIGITAL® Inks offers industry-leading durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and UV radiation, suitable for residential and commercial building materials.
3. TIGITAL® Primer: For optimal adhesion and superior printing results, consider applying our digital primers as a base layer for enhanced texture mapping, ensuring excellent outcomes even on challenging materials.
4. TIGER Powder Coating: Engineered with a focus on exterior durability and UV resistance, the powder coating layer offers unparalleled protection for various substrates.
5. Substrate: The base layer shown in this diagram represents an aluminum profile. However, TIGITAL® Inks are not limited to aluminum and can be applied to a wide variety of suitable substrates, including steel, MDF, PVC, plastics, fiberglass, glass, wood and OSB.
