A. ESD & Conductivity

For modules, switch-gear or electronics housings, controlling static discharge is critical. TIGER Drylac® offers electrostatic-dissipative coatings (ESD), ideal around sensitive components.  

Static Dissipative materials exhibit resistance between 1 X 106  and  1 X 10ohms. The charges flow through the material slowly and more controlled manner than with conductive materials. Dissipative materials are classified “Antistatic” and are ideal for use around computer components to eliminate shock.

B. Insulation & Dielectric Performance

In energy systems you may need coatings that enhance dielectric strength or provide electrical isolation. Since we coat on steel, aluminium or composites, our formulations support substrate compatibility and insulation needs.
