Ensuring a healthy life for all people of all ages and promoting their well-being

A healthy workplace is a top priority at TIGER. Because TIGER employees can only develop their full potential if they feel comfortable in their work environment. We identify potential hazards in the workplace and implement suitable protective measures. We also evaluate mental and physical stress at work and derive measures to improve or avoid it. An occupational physician, an occupational psychologist and a physiotherapist are available to our employees at all times to answer questions and provide advice.

Our goals: the prevention of serious accidents at work and optimally designed workplaces by 2030 according to European Statistics on Accidents at Work (ESAW) and Ergonomics Workplace Rate (EWR).

We set a milestone in terms of balanced nutrition in 2018 with the opening of the TIGER Bistro. Since then, freshly prepared, regional dishes have been on the menu every day.

To support physical well-being, TIGER offers its team a fitness allowance, fresh fruit, a power nap room and a vaccination program.

To ensure that not only our employees feel well, there is the opportunity to take an additional day of vacation per year for charitable activities in the social or ecological field.

With the establishment of Liberating Organism, our company has succeeded in transforming itself into self-managing teams in which hierarchical structures play a subordinate role and communication at eye level takes priority. It is important to us that all our TIGERS recognize the meaning of their work and maintain good relationships with each other.
