Efficient Powder Coating in Times of Rising Energy Costs
Companies face the challenge of making their production processes more energy-efficient—without compromising on quality and versatility. With TIGER’s innovative FlexCURE technology, we offer a solution that combines sustainability, efficiency, and maximum flexibility in powder coating.
Lower – Faster – More Flexible Curing
The TIGER Drylac® FlexCURE series merges the benefits of traditional low-temperature solutions with the necessary adaptability for everyday industrial use. The extended curing window offers maximum flexibility for a wide variety of components and material thicknesses, while ensuring consistently precise, reproducible results. For the FlexCURE 45 series, which is designed for industrial applications, the curing range is 150 to 200°C. In the architectural sector, the curing range for the FlexCURE Series 67 and 18 extends from 160 to 200°C.
Your benefits:
- Energy savings & reduced CO₂ emissions through lower curing temperatures
- Cost-efficient application processes thanks to shorter cycle times
- Maximum flexibility – ideal for a wide range of components and material thicknesses
Efficiency Without Compromise
Conventional NT powder coatings reach their limits when dealing with varying material thicknesses—but not FlexCURE! The extended curing window enables the same oven settings for both thin-walled and solid components.
Our solution:
- Consistent oven settings – no need for complex temperature adjustments, thanks to largely overlapping curing conditions between standard and FlexCURE products
- Seamless transition between different components without production interruptions
- Easy maintenance and cleaning
