Our ambitions until 2030

The green gene has always been firmly anchored in TIGER's DNA. The spirit of innovation forms the backbone of our company. Through continuous research, we have developed pioneering products - solvent-free powder coatings, water-based digital inks and high-performance polymers for additive manufacturing - that reflect our clear focus on a sustainable future.

In light of the fact that climate change is becoming increasingly visible year after year, it is time to take a more holistic view of our business activities, i.e. on an economic, ecological and social level. Based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the TIGER vision, which has always focused on a green approach, TIGER has therefore defined seven global sustainability goals that we want to achieve by 2030 (Baseline 2023).

Products

Reducing the specific carbon footprint of our products along the entire value chain (incl. purchased goods and services, processing and end-of-life) by 30%

By 2030, we want to halve the emissions generated during the manufacturing of our products and their applications.

Resource efficiency

Reducing our overall waste rate by 15% (based on kilograms per unit produced)

Resources are limited and must be used efficiently. Our ambition by 2030: to reduce the specific total waste rate by 15 percent.

Energy efficiency

-7% specific energy consumption (based on kilograms per unit produced)

The best kilowatt hour is the one that is not consumed in the first place. We have set ourselves the goal of reducing TIGER's specific energy consumption by ten percent by 2030. Together with the TIGER energy officer team, we are focusing on the topic of energy efficiency.

Renewable Energy

70% renewable energy

The abandonment of fossil fuels must be driven forward urgently - also at TIGER. Our goal is to achieve an 80% share of renewable energy in the global energy mix by 2030.

Supply chain

100% of our key suppliers meet the TIGER sustainability criteria

Not only our own production, but also TIGER's partners are required to comply with the sustainability criteria and meet our criteria by 2030. To this end, we are gradually expanding our supplier assessment.

Safety at work

No serious accidents at work

A healthy workplace is a top priority at TIGER. After all, TIGER employees can only develop their full potential if they feel comfortable in their working environment. To prevent serious accidents, we will evaluate all workplaces for physical and psychological criteria and offer regular in-depth workshops.

Diversity, equality & inclusion

Equal opportunities for everyone in the workplace

TIGER recognizes that in order to meet the challenges of our fast-paced and complex times, companies need male and female leadership energy in an inclusive work environment that values and accepts everyone as a valuable individual - regardless of gender, background, culture, identity or disability. That is why TIGER includes diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in its annual KPI report and aims to increase the proportion of DEI in its workforce to at least 35 percent by 2030.
