Project Overview
The Spiral is 1,032 feet tall and features signature cascading terraces with hanging gardens wrapped around the façade in a spiral – like arrangement. More than 2.2 million square feet, out of the building’s total 2.6 million square feet, will be office space for companies like Debevoise & Plimpton and the pharmaceutical Pfizer. The design includes contemporary spaces with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Vessel, a lobby with 28 foot ceilings and approximately 25,000 square feet of retail space. Exterior façade is made of reflective glass panels. Once completed it will be the eigth tallest skyscraper in NYC.
